In the rainy October, MIC has launched a new test on Sertifikasi Mahir Office. This time is Microsoft Word 2007 test with the same format as the other test. Microsoft Word 2007 test is available to complete the test collection available on the site. It is still free and presented by Microsoft Innovation Center and PC Media. You can take this test and you will answer the 30 random questions with image and/or without image by choosing a correct answer. You will get your score automatically after you have finished your online test. If your score is fulfilling the minimum limit to pass, you will get an official certificate you can use to add value on your CV.

Finally the trilogy period of CQA is over on June. Community Questions and Answers (CQA) is a service provided by MIC since last September 2007 as a medium for answering questions asked by UKM partners. This service is focused on technical matters only, so CQA can't give you information about product's license or price.

For three period of time, CQA has many customers with various problems. It helps CQA to growing CQA's knowledge base. As the CQA FAQ Book – First Edition released, CQA delivers the next eps of the FAQ book, summarizing the most frequent questions asked to CQA and the answer of those questions for period 2 and 3. This e-book contains of 50 QA’s and it’s available for free.

Last month, June 2008, MIC has launch an online test for 2007 Office System called "Sertifikasi Mahir Microsoft Office". This test is available for free for everyone who want to measure his skill for using 2008 Office System. This program is presented by Microsoft and PC Media. And for passed participants, they will get an official sertificate that can be used as the additional value for participant's CV.

For the initial material, Sertifikasi Mahir Microsoft Office gives Excel 2008. Surpricingly, for less than a month the web statistic is more than targeted. Based on this interest, Sertifikasi Mahir Microsoft Office continue to deliver another material, that is PowerPoint 2007. And soon, Sertifikasi Mahir Microsoft Office will give Outlook 2007. This is the web statistic when this review is written.

This online test gives 30 random questions which can be answered by participant just by choosing a correct answer between a to d. The questions are divided to 2 types, with image and without image. The score will be generated automatically after participant finish his/her online test. And if he/she passed, he/she will have a sertificate.

Community Questions and Answers (CQA) is a service provided by MIC since last September 2007 as a medium for answering questions asked by UKM partners. This service is focused on technical matters only, so CQA can't give you information about product's license or price. CQA gives not only an additional resources to answer or give technical information for UKM partner, but also as a connector between industry and educational world, remembering that CQA collect some real world problems experienced by partners and share it to students.

In last 6 months, CQA has many customers from various companies, around 20 different companies. It becomes crucial to have good business maintenance, one effort MIC can do is through a customer support to keep the customers’ loyalty and satisfaction. And CQA takes this role to increase the customer’s loyal.

Anyway, as the communities grow, CQA releases a CQA FAQ Book – First Edition summarizing the most frequent questions asked to CQA and the answer of those questions. This e-book contains of 20 QA’s and it’s available for free.
