Community Questions and Answers (CQA) is a service provided by MIC since last September 2007 as a medium for answering questions asked by UKM partners. This service is focused on technical matters only, so CQA can't give you information about product's license or price. CQA gives not only an additional resources to answer or give technical information for UKM partner, but also as a connector between industry and educational world, remembering that CQA collect some real world problems experienced by partners and share it to students.

In last 6 months, CQA has many customers from various companies, around 20 different companies. It becomes crucial to have good business maintenance, one effort MIC can do is through a customer support to keep the customers’ loyalty and satisfaction. And CQA takes this role to increase the customer’s loyal.

Anyway, as the communities grow, CQA releases a CQA FAQ Book – First Edition summarizing the most frequent questions asked to CQA and the answer of those questions. This e-book contains of 20 QA’s and it’s available for free.
