Some time ago MIC team attended to enliven the event at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta to talking about technology. MIC team gets a part to convey about the ALM fundamentals.

The focus of this part is to create and to plan better solution to the customer and control and ensure the quality of siftware. This materials is about how to understand the user and how to write it as a specification of a software and about how to create a quality software by using software engineering discipline.
