On October 23, 2015, Microsoft Innovation Center (MIC) Yogyakarta in cooperation with academic community at SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta held a workshop in creating interactive digital learning material. On Friday, October 30, 2015, Microsoft Innovation Center Yogyakarta which was supported by Microsoft Indonesia and ACM Indonesia held a Talk show discussing the role of Technology of Cloud Computing for the needs of Small and Medium Business (SMB). In order to maximize collaboration in the completion of the internal documents PPPPTK Seni dan Budaya, integrated MIC held a workshop for the staff to learn the use of the information section onedrive and SharePoint in more depth. Office 365 has long been implemented in P4TK environment, gradually MIC continues to encourage its use in the internal or external environment. SIDAK is a custom application developed on the platform of SharePoint Online in Office 365. This application is used by PPPPTK Seni dan Budaya to archive works of art that have been digitized from each studio art contained in the agency. Being a centralized repository SIDAK has more capabilities than just cloud storage, because in it there is a neat categorization and customized display with product design. After holding a joint workshop vocational teachers in Jawa Tengah to Microsoft IT Academy Program, MIC back training with the same materials for teachers of vocational schools in Yogyakarta. This time MIC in cooperation with Jogja Innovative School Community. Held on August 21, at least 20 teachers from across Yogyakarta joined at this event. This workshop focuses on the utilization of resources contained in the IT Academy. The hope may be one supplements the material in schools to ensure graduates are ready applicability are produced annually, with international certification.

This event is a one day workshop with Microsoft Office users to optimize material for the manufacture of digital teaching materials. Followed by 30 teachers in Sleman, the event was held in SMA N 1 Sleman on August 20, 2015. In addition to describing the benefits of Microsoft Office in general, also introduced several supporting media such as OneDrive and SWAY.
