21^st century learning is always paired with digitation era, in which information and computing technology be the foundation for many things included education field. It implicates the teachers as a front guard who forms educational models need to move forward in order to initiate and transmit to other entities in the school. One of the most powerful way to follow the development of digitation is combining the digitation into learning process, with the aim to create effective teaching activities for the teachers and the learning process for students.

Microsoft as a technology innovator offers a variety solution and way to start digitation in the education. One way to cover that goal is through Office 365 services that are packaged to provide flexibility in running communication and collaboration activities. Exclusively Office 365 is also presented in academic community. It carries a variety of features to be elaborated in a variety of educational scenarios. For that reason, we held an event titled Training to Trainer with the aim of giving to the teachers’ innovation to step forward in understanding deeper about Office 365 technologies in education.

In cooperation with Balai TekKomDik held an integrated workshop

Starting from November 28, 2016 up to December 8, 2016 an integrated workshop was held in cooperation with Balai TekKomDik as government agency. This workshop invited innovative teachers coming from Yogyakarta to follow 2 days training. There are five sessions in which attended by 30 participants in each batch. In this event, this workshop was led by Teacher Ambassador from Microsoft and it was accompanied by Education and Certification Division from Microsoft Innovation Center Yogyakarta. 

To deliver the material, the speaker made a presentation and hands on lab relating to services at Office 365 that are packed in the structure of learning activities, the material presented included: 

1. Basic Communication in Office 365 (Exchange Online); the use of email as a collaborative medium modern discussion, the use of social media channels based collaboration to provide working space in the school environment.
2. Collaboration work on assignment (OneDrive for Business); utilization of collaboration space to create documents collectively, utilization of online sites to streamline the administrative activities for the teachers.
3. Classroom digital (OneNote Classnotebook); utilization of virtual classroom to bridge the needs of learning anywhere and anytime through a wide range of devices owned by the students and the teachers.

The participants have the mission to transfer their knowledge to other teacher to their peer and community

After joining this offline workshop in Library Computer at Balai TekKomDik for two days in each batch (approximately 32 hours), the participants were challenged to disseminate what they have been learned from this workshop to their fellows, either at school or community. It is expected that this learning process, the teacher gets better understanding on the use of each feature in office 365 technology. Besides, the other teachers can includes their self to utilize this facility, thus it can expand collaboration among teachers.
