Microsoft Innovation Center in partnership with Balai Teknologi Komunikasi Pendidikan Yogyakarta conducted workshop on Technology. At this time, the trainer from Microsoft Innovation Center delivered material about Office Mix. This workshop was divided into two room and in each room was contained 30 participants. The participants were teachers from vocational school across Yogyakarta. This was held on April 12, 2016 at Balai Teknologi Komunikasi Pendidikan (BTKP) Yogyakarta.

This workshop covered about Office Mix and the participants were directly practice it. At the first session, the trainer introduced Office Mix that was completed with the goals in using Office Mix and it continued with how to install Office Mix. Afterward, the trainer showed the example from one of Office Mix creation because the trainer wants the participants have an overview about Office Mix. After seeing the output of Office Mix, it continued with exploration of features of Office Mix.

The trainer invited participants to create slide about their learning material with the use of Office Mix. In this occasion, the trainer also taught how to add interactive quiz, video, and web in their slide. After creating the slides presentation, the participants were asked to record their audio visual narration and explanation relating to their content material that they had been created previously. Finally, the result of this workshop was publishing their slide and it continued with accessing analysis page.

Office Mix allows the teachers to record audio or video from yourself, write your talk time in each slide, quiz, polls, and online video. In addition, the teacher can record their computer display easily. Then, when the teachers are finished making it, they can just upload and the online presentation will be finished. By having those application tools and features, it is hoped that the participants who are teachers could create new model of learning material to be presented. Besides, it is also hoped that the teacher could create a variety learning material with the collaboration of technology like Office Mix. Hence, the learning process will be more interactive and more memorable for their students.
