On Sept. 19, 2016, Microsoft Education Community, supported by Microsoft has held a mini workshop about Sway that was held at digital discussion room at Yogyakarta. This event aims to provide an insight to the participants in creating an interactive presentation.
This event was started from 09.00 till drop and it was attended by 41 participants coming from Microsoft Education Community around of Universities. In the beginning of this event, the participants were introduced about Sway. Sway is an interactive presentation where the user can add a variety of content such as pictures, video, embed maps and combine the presentation with a wide selection of transitions in it. The next session was describing about the differences between sway with another presentation media. In this section, the trainer explained that Sway is used to create interactive content which can be presented in online. While, for other media presentations, the content is presented in offline. At the last session, the trainer showed a demo on the use of Sway along with detailed steps of manufacture. Participants can immediately practice it and be accompanied by a trainer when they face difficulties.

After joining this workshop, participants are expected to create a presentation that is not only deliver their content monotonous, but be more interactive with the use of Sway.
