Microsoft globally launched a movement called "Digital Transformation", applied in various fields, education is no exception. Microsoft created specifically Office 365 for education to make teachers can get more productivity and flexibility, especially when they’re doing administration tasks. They need to collaborate with others teacher or staff in the school to finish that tasks quickly. As answer what the teachers need, Microsoft Innovation Center as a part of a research organization in technology who want to improve the skill of academics, he was held workshop “Managing Documents using Office Web Apps, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online” for teachers especially in DI. Yogyakarta Province.

In this workshop “Managing Documents using Office Web Apps, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online” held with two schemes, offline and online workshop. Held on Thursday, 14 December 2017 at the Balai Tekkomdik Yogyakarta followed by 35 participants as a teacher, and filled by two speakers, the first speaker is Mr. Arya Adhitya as Learning Development Trainer of Microsoft Innovation Center he was delivering about Office Web Apps and OneDrive for Business which can to support when the teachers doing administration tasks and want to collaborate with others, and the second speaker is Mr. Randi Eka Yonida as Business Development Manager of Microsoft Innovation Center he was delivering SharePoint to manage documents in an organization environment.

In the digital transformation workshop “Managing Documents using Office Web Apps, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online” participants are explained about Office 365, especially Office Web Apps such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Forms, participants was invited to explore the features in the apps deeply. Beside that participants also delivered how to using OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online so can support their administration tasks as a teacher. Where in this workshop use interactive scheme with some activities done in it, such as hands on lab, creative session, creation stage, and online learning. This is done to provide technical experience about the using of Office Web Apps, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online. The reason why it is given online learning it aims to followed up after the event is over, qualify 33JP to publish certificates for teachers, and introducing portal Microsoft Educator Community as part of the resources to support teachers in applying technology in the classroom.
