Microsoft 365 has become a part of the facilities of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta for its lecturers, staff, and students. But this facility has not been optimized by all the members. MIC as a non-organizational profit – intends to socialize this facility to optimize their productivity by giving the digital literacy skills for their members. This activity was done by holding an event dedicated to all members of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.

 This event was held in the second quarter (Q2) on 28 October 2019 at Stadium General Teknik F1, Lt.2 UMY. This event was followed by 49 participants as a part of member Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Participants were explained about Office 365 services, such as OneDrive for Business to save all documents their needed for becoming a member of UMY, Office suite for improving productivity by using their features, OneNote as a tool to create digital notes, etc. participants were really amazing about the powerful features that have by Office 365. They were excited to use of Microsoft 365 for supporting their productivity.

Many features that have delivered to the participants and the participants were excited to use it, such as collaboration features on Word, sharing the document on OneDrive for Business, table of contents on Word, version history on OneDrive for Business, etc. All features that have been delivered were really useful for supporting their tasks. It was can be seen by their faces that shown they were excited and happy to attend this workshop. They were giving feedback to the MIC to add the number of participants at each event so that all members of the university can optimize the use of Microsoft 365 as the facility of their college. Besides that, participants were to ask to invite their colleagues to optimize this facility, so that all members play an active role in spreading digital literacy.
