In the digital era, there is a lot of learning media that can be used to support learning activity in the virtual classroom. One of the tools that can be used to support learning activity in the virtual classroom is Sway. Sway is a presentation program web-based and a part of Office 365 services. Sway it can be used to create interactive learning content in the digital era. This tool has a lot of features such as accessibility view, audio recording, closed captioning, navigation view, security, and privacy, etc. this tool can be combined for uses with Microsoft Teams in the virtual classroom. In the education institution these tools not familiar yet by all academic member, so based on the condition, MIC was sharing the information how to use these to support learning activity in the workshop that held by SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta.

The workshop was held in the second quarter (Q2) on 11 November 2019 at SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta followed by 36 participants with a background as a government official. In this workshop participants were explained Sway as a tool to create learning content that can be used to support learning in the virtual classroom that created using Teams. So, in this workshop participants not only explained Sway but also create virtual classrooms using Microsoft Teams. This workshop was held by using a hands-on lab scheme, so participants directed to follow step by step how to use Sway and Teams by the speaker. The speaker of this event is Rinaldi as a trainer of MIC.

From this event, participants get new insight into how to create digital learning content, create virtual classrooms using Teams, managing classroom, distributing digital learning content, giving an assignment, reviewing content, and etc. participants were excited to implement these tools in their classroom. this matter is in harmony with the tasks for the participant to get a certificate. Where participants were given a task to practice this material in their classroom, so they can really understand the materials delivered by the speaker.
