In the digital era, the educational system needs to transform to get human resources that have the skills that industrial needed. PPPPTK Seni dan Budaya as an organization that has the responsibility to empower teacher and educational staff in Indonesia was starting to transform the educational system. They were started by giving a workshop for the internal staff about online learning using Microsoft Teams. Hopefully, after this event, they can give a train for the teacher and educational staff in Indonesia using online learning scheme.

This event was held for two days, starting from 14 to 15 May 2019 at PPPPTK Seni dan Budaya and followed by 33 participants in the first day, and in the second day was followed 31 participants with a background as a government official. This event was facilitated by Microsoft Innovation Center as a trainer and support for the development of learning material for this workshop. Participants were invited to explore more about Microsoft Teams with study case to held online learning. After this event, participants were given online lab works to give them an understanding of Office 365 services.

Participants were following the instruction from the trainer. They are following step by step to create online learning, start from to create a classroom, how to communicate in Microsoft Teams, how to give a presentation using Microsoft Teams, how to give an assignment to the students, etc. This workshop was really open the mind of participants as a new knowledge that really needed for their role in the organization.
