PPPPTK Seni dan Budaya as an organization that has the responsibility to empower teacher and educational staff in Indonesia regularly hold training. They were always using conventional to hold a training, that was so tiring and not flexible, they need to transform the process of organizing education and training using technology, so they can automate the business process with flexibility and easy to access it. It will be great when they can optimize the technology infrastructure such as Office 365 services that they have.

As a form of the transformation digital effort, PPPPTK Seni dan Budaya has held a workshop that discusses “Digital Transformation of Organizing an Event using Office 365”. Microsoft Innovation Center was giving help to this organization through developing learning material start from step by step how to automate organizing event using Office 365 services and acting as a trainer for this workshop. This workshop was held for two days, starting from 21 to 22 May 2019 at PPPPTK Seni dan Budaya and followed by 36 participants in the first day, and in the second day was followed by 32 participants with a background as a government official.

Participants have invited the speaker to follow the step by step starting from communicating and discuss the event that will be held using Microsoft Teams after approved by all member, Seksi Penyelenggara can create a form using Microsoft Forms, SharePoint Online, and Flow. Followed by managing the event at the execution time using Microsoft Forms, SharePoint Online, and Flow, evaluation of event using Microsoft Forms, Teams, and SharePoint, and in the final of event is creating a certificate using Mail Merge feature in Word. After this event, participants hopefully can implement the solution given by the Microsoft Innovation Center and exploring the Office 365 services in the online learning that given to more understanding of Office 365 services.
