Lecture Note Documentation with OneNote is an event dedicated to all member in the university that discussing how to create a lecture note using the digital tool, namely OneNote. OneNote is one of Office 365 service that can be used to create a note like using a pen and paper, but it has features that not shared in the conventional note. In the OneNote, user can use the OneNote Web Clipper to save content with a single click, organize note by using sections and pages, record audio notes, insert online videos, and add files, etc.

This event was held in the fourth quarter (Q4) on 19 June 2019 at Perpustakaan Fakultas Teknik UGM followed by 12 participants with a background as a non-government official. The participants were explained about how to create lecture note systematically using OneNote and introduced several features that can be used by the participants for supporting their note. The speaker of this workshop is Rinaldi as a part of the Microsoft Innovation Center team.

Participants were directed to create a note using OneNote as a part of Office 365 services. Hopefully, after this event, the participants can create a note using OneNote systematically and inserting some file of multimedia which a reference to their notes can be, so they can have the structured notes and easy to re-learn when the participants want to learn their notes in the next day.
